The artwork package

Poster, stills, and — the part everyone forgets — the layered, textless versions platforms actually require.

The money-saving moment

While your designer still has the working files open. The layered PSD and a textless export are a five-minute 'save as' today. Recreating them after a designer moves on means paying for the poster twice.

What's in it

A standard delivery list looks like:

  • Key art (your poster) at full print resolution
  • The same art textless — no title, no credits block — for platforms that overlay their own type and localize titles
  • The layered working file (PSD or equivalent), fonts included or outlined
  • 10–20 production stills at full resolution, captioned
  • A 16:9 horizontal version of the key art — streamers live in landscape

Why the textless version matters

Streaming platforms typeset your title themselves, in their own templates and languages. If all you have is a flattened poster with the title baked in, the platform either rejects it or crops around it badly. The textless layered file is the difference between 'approved' and a redesign invoice.

Stills: shoot them on set

Frame grabs from your edit are a fallback, not a plan — they're motion-blurred and 1/8 the resolution a printer wants. If you're still shooting, put a camera in someone's hands during setups. If you've wrapped, pull grabs from your highest-resolution master, not the edit proxy.
